The Election Training class focuses on guiding union leaders, judges, and tellers through the process of conducting fair, professional, and transparent elections. Participants will learn about the legal and procedural requirements under the IBEW Constitution, the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA), and local bylaws. The training emphasizes the roles and responsibilities of election judges, tellers, and candidates, as well as the importance of planning, impartiality, and safeguarding election integrity.
