At the last International Convention, a change to the IBEW Constitution was made making it mandatory that each Local must have their Election Chairperson in place at least 60 days prior to nominations. As such, it was decided at our last meeting that we would hold nominations and election of the Election Chairperson at our next regularly scheduled General Membership meeting which will be held on February 27th at the hall at 6:00PM. Please think about who you would like to nominate for this critical position and come prepared to vote. If you are interested in holding this position, you can self nominate or have someone nominate you instead. All nominees must either be in attendance to accept the nomination or they must have a written acceptance notice into the hall before the nominations are held.
